The Team

I was assigned to the JDX US Branch, Consulting Services. DDLM (Document Digitisation Lifecycle Management) Program at JDX, which was a new addition in 2019 to the Consulting Services Branch.

Using a partnered Document Digitization OCR Tool with a custom, proprietary built A.I Model and Rule Building Comprehension developed & lead by the US Head of Consulting Services & Director of Digital Documentation.

I was working directly under the Director and other C-Level Executives who have been directly involved in the decision-making progress of the sales pipeline progress and design of the product.

The Role

Business Development Consultant

JDX Consulting has implemented a tier system for their Consultants from Level A to Level E (Executive/Director) positions. I was brought on as a Level C - Business Development Consultant.

The Goals

1. Define our client's common behaviors when they are introduced to the new SEAL software
(Acquired by DocuSign in 2020)

2. In what ways can we elevate the design of our new FinTech technology

3. Determine what client-site associates like and dislike about current fin-ops documentation processes
